the data is processed, within the limits specified by the aforementioned Regulation, for the purposes and associative communications and for the activities promoted by the association;
data will be shared with partner companies;
the data will not be transferred to third countries;
the data will be kept for 120 months
the holder may request access, rectification, deletion of data and limitation of processing; may also object to the processing and exercise the data portability right, without prejudice, in any case, to the provisions of the following point i.;
the owner may at any time revoke the consent to the processing;
the owner will have the right to lodge a complaint against the treatment with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data;
in case of non-consent or lack of communication of data, the holder will not be able to attend any of Quantum Vitae Academy Courses and Services;
