Application for admission as a member of the association "QUANTUM VITAE"
The undersigned asks to be admitted as a member of the "Quantum Vitae APS" association based in Rome, Via Alessio Baldovinetti 81, C.F. 97875870582.
The undersigned undertakes to comply with the statutory provisions in force and the resolutions of the validly constituted corporate bodies.
To this end, he declares to know and accept the articles of association.
Membership is valid from the day of ratification of the application until the end of the calendar year.
